1. Order Processing Period

After payment confirmation, HONGKONG SHENYI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED requires 1–3 working days for order sorting, quality inspection and packing. We do not process shipments on weekends or official public holidays.

2. Logistics Carriers & Delivery Coverage

We cooperate with DHL, FedEx and professional international freight forwarders, delivering wholesale goods to the UK, Germany, USA and most European regions. A complete tracking number will be sent to your registered email once parcels leave our warehouse.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

UK & EU Countries: 5–10 working days after dispatch
US & other regions: 7–14 working days after dispatch

Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics peak season or force majeure are not the liability of HONGKONG SHENYI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED.

4. Shipping Fees

Wholesale delivery cost is calculated based on total parcel weight and destination country, fully displayed on checkout page before payment. We launch free shipping promotions for large-volume bulk orders occasionally.

5. Customs Duty & Tax

All import VAT, tariffs and local clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer, assessed by your local customs bureau. HONGKONG SHENYI TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED can provide commercial invoice documents to assist your customs clearance for boutique stock.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your wholesale parcel is lost or severely damaged during transit, send your tracking number to our support team within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date. Our team will assist you to file compensation claims with logistics suppliers or arrange re-delivery according to actual conditions.
