2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Returns caused by personal preference, self-selected wrong size or inconsistent expected color
Goods with artificial damage, wear marks or incomplete original packaging
Clearance discounted batches and customized wholesale orders
Partial single-item return for mixed wholesale orders; full batch return is mandatory for qualification

3. Standard Refund Procedure

4. Return Shipping Charges
